FacilitatePro is an electronic conference center where multiple meetings, web conferences and surveys run simultaneously. Unlike most, our software is licensed for an unlimited number of concurrent meetings and users. This allows you maximum flexibility to run multiple sessions for any size group. Secure user group partitions allow groups and facilitators to work completely independently all within a single electronic conference center.

We require an annual license renewal fee that provides you with product upgrades and technical support throughout the year. It also includes automatic registration in our online User Forum, where you have access to tutorials, webinars and much more.

We offer several packages designed to match the web collaboration solution that is right for your organization. Each includes a Custom Success Plan, our unique methodology to help you plan your implementation and stay on course.

Facilitate.com provides a full turnaround service for hosted web surveys. Services include: custom logon screens and survey formats with your logo and color scheme, survey set up and online administration, import of user ids and passwords if required, secure online access to survey results, data export including summaries by demographic categories.

The Consulting Package
Special pricing and terms are required for facilitators and consultants who wish to use Facilitate.com with external organizations. The Consulting Package includes these and is designed to provide you with advanced training in the software as well as in integrating web collaboration technology with your methodology or offering. With the consulting package, customers receive the following:
